Review: Cuisinart Toaster Oven TOB-195 with Exact Heat

This is a review of the Cuisinart Toaster Oven TOB-195 Exact Heat Toaster Oven Broiler

So, Up next is the Stainless Steel Toaster Oven Cuisinart TOB-195 Exact Heat Toaster Oven Broiler. This is a very popular model and offered in its current form since 2007 from what I can tell. This is another stainless steel toaster oven – which I prefer. I really like the fact that the controls are arranged as they are (see picture), because it makes cooking so much easier. The options are kind of overwhelming a little bit because they have quite a few pre-programmed items in there.

I think this toaster oven works great for home-made pizza – be it self-made from scratch or if it is a freezer pizza. They always seem to come out just perfect. I make my own pizza dough, so that is my preferred way of making pizza in a Cuisinart Toaster Oven.

The Cuisinart Toaster oven is easy to clean and easy to operate – exactly what I want. I hate kitchen appliances that require you to read the manual or attend a training class.

When I cook steaks with the broiler setting, some of the fat that splatters hits the top heat sticks and creates a spark and some smoke. I’m worried that this may not be safe and the oven will malfunction or explode. Anybody else have this problem?
