by ToasterReviews on July 4, 2009

Here is our review of the Breville “The Smart Oven” Toaster Oven. The Breville Smart Oven Element IQ puts the power where it’s required most. For every one of the nine pre-set programs, Part IQ delivers the right power at the right time and when altered to sample, it even recollects. Part IQ works very similar to the dimmer in your light switch-it can turn the power up or down. Instead of the five heating elements having a fixed wattage, Part IQ automatically puts the power where it is required most for the precise cooking task.

Breville “The Smart Oven” Toaster Oven Product Features:

  • 9 Pre-set Programs,Toast , Bagel, Bake, Roast, Broil, Pizza, Cookies, Reheat, and Warm
  • Auto-Eject Rack -The wire rack automaticallly ejects halfway out of the oven for the safe removal of hot items.
  • 1800 Watts with reinforced stainless steel body and non-stick 0.8 Cu-Ft interior.
  • Accessories include: 13-inch non-stick pizza pan, 12-by-12-inch enamel baking pan and broil rack
  • Convection Fan

Not only will the Breville Smart Oven heat up quicker than a conventional wall oven, it is also more energy efficient than its precedent, making it a kitchen tool you will use each day. For every one of the nine menu functions, Part IQ endorses the best temperature and time, and adjusts the power of the elements for perfect results irrespective of what you are cooking. And with a striking 1800 watts, Component IQ toasts quicker and more uniformly than ever seen. Saute function turns on top three heating elements to the top only to melt and brown.

Bake function uses top 2 and bottom 2 heating elements with the convection fan turned on, that makes sure the item is cooked right thru. Principal Designer, Keith Hensel’s challenge was to integrate the inventions into a product that folk would wish to leave out on their countertop.

Without compromising the performance, the features, the ergonomics, the sturdiness of the materials selected, only then did the form develop. The striking commercially impressed form of the Smart Oven will get left out on view for every-day use.
