I haven't baked, toasteded anything that didn't do a excellent job. It preheats in a few min. Bakes evenly and is easy to use and clean. I have used foil and glass in the oven careful that nothing touches the heating elements. I give this oven the highest raiting. Did I mention the plate heating on top? Very nice in this cold weather.
